          Owned and operated by Shelby Tkachyk, a Journeyman Red Seal Carpenter with over 10 years of experience building high-end custom homes, Wildrose Inspection Services brings real-world construction expertise to every inspection. Having built homes from the ground up and worked hands-on with every major system a house is comprised of, Shelby knows exactly how a home should be built and what to look for during an inspection. With extensive experience on building walkthroughs alongside inspectors from each trade, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural, nothing is overlooked.
